Children’s Kidnapping Contributed to Torturous Death.
In his final days, Timothy bravely spoke out about the threats he faced that was callously exploited by those seeking to harm him and his children. Despite obtaining protective orders to shield his family from harm, these measures were shamefully disregarded by both the perpetrators and law enforcement, leaving him and his children in a constant state of fear and insecurity.
The tragic and unjust circumstances leading up to Timothy’s passing paint a heart-wrenching picture of a loving father who endured unimaginable suffering. The mental and physical anguish he faced, as detailed in his criminal complaints, is nothing short of harrowing. It is clear that he was deliberately subjected to torment that ultimately led to severe physical consequences, exacerbating his already fragile state.

This law is called common law because it is common onto all men or natural law because it is innate, written in the hearts of men. Thereby the authority vested in We the People instituted by decree in our Constitution created a republican form of government to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity."
